Non-smooking policy: Wine & Books Porto Hotel is a smoke-free hotel and, therefore, smoking inside is not permitted. An extra cleaning fee may apply if this policy is not respected.

You can check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Breakfast is served in the hotel’s restaurant between 07:00 and 11:00. Alternatively, you can have breakfast served in your room between 07:30 and 00:00 at an additional cost.

Room cleaning is carried out daily. If you wish, you can opt for the “do not disturb” card and schedule the service according to the time that is most convenient for you.

. Superior and Deluxe rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 people.

. The Double Premium, Deluxe Junior Suite and Master Suite rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

. Please note that 2 adults + 2 children + 1 baby or 2 adults + 1 child + 2 babies are not accepted in the same room or suite.

A prepayment will be required at the time of booking. It can vary between 50% and 100%, depending on the rate chosen. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card via secure link (AMEX, Mastercard and Visa). We accept cash if you pay directly at the hotel. The Credit Card used for prepayment must be presented at check-in.

Wine & Books Porto Hotel offers two rates: the Flexible Rate, in which a partial deposit of your reservation is requested, which is refundable within the period communicated; the Non-Refundable Rate, which implies the full payment of the rate at the time of booking, this value being non-refundable.

Access to the indoor pool is possible between 7am and 9pm and is free for all guests, including children, provided they are no longer wearing nappies and are always accompanied by an adult. No buoys or other objects are allowed and access requires the use of a swimming cap, available for purchase at the spa reception.
